Conclusion I have chosen F.M.Dostoyevskiy’s words as the topic of my project, because there is a problem of bad and rude behavior at school, at home, in the streets. Some people never think how their faces look when they are furiously arguing and shouting. Sometimes a beautiful girl’s appearance does not coincide with her manners and speech. You can watch teenagers fighting or treating juniors violently. This problem is acute. According to philosophers, beauty is an aesthetic category, which means harmonious unity of an object or thing that evokes pleasant feelings. Our famous writer A.P.Chekhov said that everything should be beautiful in a person - a face, dress, soul and mind. However, nowadays more attention is paid to the people’s appearance than to their deeds. As an example, I can mention our celebrities who spend all their money on the beautiful appearance and clothing. Therefore, it does not matter for them how many books they have read and how many people they helped. Some young girls are trying to become cover magazine top models earning a lot of money and getting a world recognition and fame thanks to their beauty that cannot substitute such values as love, respect and humanity. Nevertheless, a famous actress Angelina Jolie shows unselfish charity to African children dying of hunger. She brings up negro orphans as her own children. Such kindness and mercy fills her life with children’s gratitude.Her beauty saves people. Not only people but also nature we should take care of. Russian poets and writers such as A.S. Pushkin and I.S. Turgenev described the beauty of our nature. Reading their works helps to bring up children in harmony with nature. Many rare birds and animals disappear because of man’s pitiless destruction. Thus, people feel sorrow and love to them. Many famous painters depicted landscapes showing their beauty. Art opens deep feelings and understanding of nature in us. The world of art provokes our intellectual development and enriches the man’s soul and emotions. When people admire the beauty they are conscience it has a great power over them, it influences their psyche, forces them strive for the better, makes them live. Visits to art galleries and theatres teach children to be more tolerant to others. They get kinder, less aggressive, more tactful, polite and friendly. Teachers and parents should talk seriously about bad behavior with children. There is a good English saying, “Beauty is who beauty does.” To my mind, everybody should remember it.
