Our success in football and hockey play a great role in making sport more popular too. But sport is not the only thing to help us to be healthy. Healthy and balanced food is very important, too. We should avoid much sugar and have more fruit and vegetables. We should forget about bad habits such as smoking and drinking alcohol. So, just do sports, forget about bad habits , sleep enough, have good food and you’ll be healthy and happy!
