Тема: CAMP PINELAND. Traditions and rules.ЦЕЛЬ: Учиться воспринимать на слух и понимать иноязычный текст, извлекая из него новую информацию.
Задачи: 1.Развивать умение извлекать необходимую информацию в воспринимаемом на слух тексте.
2.Совершенствовать умение использовать языковую и контекстуальную догадку при чтении и аудировании.
3.Повторить времена глаголов PAST SIMPLE , PAST PERFECT.
4.Использовать ситуацию , изложенную в тексте упр.1 в качестве языковой и речевой опоры для развития умений:
-----найти конкретную информацию,
-----трансформировать информацию для ответов на вопросы,
-----восстанавливать пропущенную информацию в тексте.
ПЛАН УРОКА.
1.НАЧАЛО УРОКА.Teacher: Good morning, guys. I am glad to see you. Sit down.
Are all the pupils at school today? Who is absent? Is he ill? What is the matter with….?
We continue our work. Last time we read the text about Lisa’s coming to the camp. Today we will work on the theme “Camp PINTLAND. Traditions and rules.”At the lesson you must learn to listen to new texts and understand them. It’s our aim.
You will repeat PAST SIMPLE and PAST PERFECT.
We begin our work with phonetic exercise. Read the words after me.
Lexical activity.
Do you know them? Well. And now you must fill in the gaps and complete the sentences. You may use your textbooks. ( Look at ex.8, p.78). Who wants to begin?
Look at the screen. Let’s remember our last lesson.
Who are these girls? Where are they? (YES, they are Mary, Cindy, Arabella and Hailey).
Now you see the map. Look at it. It’s the map of the USA. The camp Pineland, where the girls live, is situated in the state of California. There are the mountains Sierra Nevada.
Open your textbooks at p. 75. Read the last passage of the text and translate it.
Grammar work.Now I want you to remember the grammar material. Look at the screen. Past SIMPLE and Past Perfect. How to use them?
Let’s begin to learn new material. Read ex.1,p.80. Open the textbooks and put the werbs in appropriate form.
After reading. Teacher: Listen to the text and check your answer (ex.2,p.81).
Have you found the mistakes? ( учащиеся слушают запись на компакт диске и проверяют правильность выполнения грамматического задания.)
Listening.Teacher: The girls came to the camp square to listen to Crunch’s speech.
Read the words from ex.4, p.82. Do you know them all?
Now listen to the Crunch’s speech and say which subject she doesn’t mention.
We go on. Scan the text (ex.5, p.82-83)
Put the missing sentences in the correct place to complete the speech.
Finishing the lesson.I’m glad with you. You’ve done the tasks B2 and B3 from the exam practice. These were levels 1 and 2.
I put you “excellent” marks, “good” marks…..
