In today's complex socio-psychological situation there is an urgent need to revise the teaching positions in matters of education. On the one hand, there is a constant education of the individual essential element of the Company and a factor of social development, and on the other - in a social crisis, education devoid of social supports and decent content. Educator spiritual and creative man today are intended to provide not only a secondary school, and secondary specialized educational institutions (academic lyceums, professional colleges, boarding schools) and universities. As we know, education in the broadest sense is the collection of formative influences of all public institutions, providing the transmission from one generation to the accumulated social and cultural experience, moral norms and values. In the narrow sense of the word - a special educational activities aimed at achieving specific educational goals and specific objectives of education. Therefore, the fundamental direction in the activities of the entire teaching staff of the university should be to create an enabling optimal raising environment. Brought up among unlike forming - a set of circumstances surrounding the student, social values, affecting his personal development and facilitate its entry into the modern culture. Institutions should implement special work on the design and development of educative medium. In Uzbekistan, a job previously engaged in the creation of each institution centers "Spirituality and Enlightenment" (Manaviyat marifat Islands), which recently reorganized department of spiritual and ideological education. The main task of the department is the organization and carrying out of various activities among students and aimed at the education of comprehensively developed, spiritually rich personality, ability to make decisions in situations of moral choice and take responsibility for those decisions before him, his country and humanity. In Gulistan State University in the education of the students took the large student government, the purpose of which is to develop the internal motivation of students to self-determination, self-development, self-realization. Currently the forefront for students face issues of material well-being and upcoming employment opportunities. This creates a tendency to the formation of social and professional mobility of graduates. Proceeding from the aspirations of social protection of its graduates working in the marketing department of the University who conducts surveys, socio-psychological training, organizes the interaction with the public youth movement "Kamolot" and labor exchange. The goal of education lies trinity of reason, spiritual, creative. The objectives of the educational activities are:
- Creation of conditions for personal development and the realization of its creative activity; - The development of the educational environment and educational system, as well as its variations; - Providing the necessary scientific and methodical, organizational, personnel, information conditions for the introduction of modern mechanisms of education; - Ensuring systematic educational activities in the planning, implementation, and debriefing. The content of the educational process achieves this goal. We can say that the purpose and content of education tied to one teaching unit. Therefore, the content of basic education based on moral values, including honesty, justice, and humanity. Education is organically linked with the training. Therefore, the components of the content of education is the experience of the research activities, emotional-valuable attitude to life. In addition, a large role in the development of educational work and improving its effectiveness is developing a humanistic environment for the creation of moral and high-grade, intelligent person of the future expert. The content of education involves the implementation of educational activities based on the following principles: 1. The principle of a humanistic orientation - humanistic nature of education, the priority of human values, human life and health, free development of personality, civic education, hard work, respect for human rights and freedoms, love of nature , homeland, family. 2. The principle of scientific - methodological basis of the concept of philosophy in favor of personal integrity, which involves not only the professional formation of the future expert, but the development of his personal qualities, forming a critical component of spiritual culture. 3. The principle of continuity - educational activities carried out in the prior continuous education, taking into account the changing age and socio-psychological characteristics of students.
4. The principle focus - managing the development of the individual student as a holistic process, taking into account regional and national particularities, professional specifics. 5. The principle of priority - personal approach, recognizing the interests of the individual student and is expressed in accordance with the interests of the educational activities of society and the state. 6. The principle of responsibility - competent use of the teaching staff informed psycho-pedagogical theory and practice approaches, methods and techniques. 7. The principle of openness - communication of life of students with social practice. 8. A special place in the development of the conceptual foundations of the educational system belongs to the definition of the main directions of development of education. The principles of the state policy in the sphere of education make it possible to model the educational institution and implement educational system adequate to the nature of students, national and regional cultural traditions. The practice of educational activities in the branch, the following directions of educational activities: 1. Patriotic - the task of higher and vocational schools became formation of students' sense of patriotism and awareness of active citizens having political culture, critical thinking, the ability to make their own political choices. Creative, independent work, lessons, tours, lessons, travel, competitive tasks, selection stage, debates, conferences, historical pm - these and other active forms of classroom and extracurricular activities are a means of education, paving the way to the heart and soul of the student. 2. Civil-law - the degree of assimilation of the most important concepts and laws which are essential for the understanding of the processes occurring in nature, society, human development; Sustainable conscious attitude to the studied material; willingness to apply their attitudes and beliefs in actual practice, to defend them in case of need. 3. Moral and aesthetic. Man lives of adolescents in society and can not be free from the requirements of the society. These requirements relate primarily to moral, moral qualities, behavior. And therefore remain the task of moral education:
- Awareness of the requirements and standards of morality, the development of moral beliefs, worldview formation; - The development of respect for elders, friendship with peers, care and attention to children and the elderly; - Develop the ability to empathize, sympathize with people around; - The formation of a responsible attitude to business, work, discipline; - The formation of character traits like integrity, honesty, culture, behavior, and others. 4. Prospective study of personal and professional qualities of teachers as subjects of the educational process. A special place in this paper is on teaching practice graduates - the future experts and teachers. Graduate students are teaching practice in secondary schools, academic lyceums and professional colleges of Syrdarya region. In pedagogical practice, great attention is paid to educational work among students. Normally teaching practice is carried out in April-May.
