Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку для учащихся 6-7 классов «Merry Competitions»
Цели и задачи мероприятия:
1.Развивать коммуникативные умения и навыки монологической и диалогической речи, чтения с целью понимания основного содержания.
2. Активизировать лексико-грамматический материал по изученным ранее темам; практиковать уч-ся в составлении слов, словосочетаний и предложений.
3. Стимулировать проявление интереса к предмету, используя игровые моменты, расширять кругозор учащихся.
Методы: игровой
Оборудование: мультимедийная установка, карточки с заданиями. Большие листы бумаги для рисунков учащихся, фломастеры.
Ход мероприятия:
Вступительное слово учителя: T:- Good afternoon, dear children! Today we’ll find out who is the best in English going through different merry competitions. So, let’s begin our lesson and the first task is to divide class into two teams, then introduce yourselves and give your mottos.(уч-ся делятся на две команды, поочередно представляются друг другу- оглашают свое название и девиз)
Warming up. Каждой команде поочередно задаются вопросы, за каждый правильный ответ команда получает 1 балл.

What popular parks in London do you know?
Where is London Zoo situated?
In which park is there a statue to Peter Pan?

От каждой команды выходят по 2 человека, получают карточки с текстом, берут фломастеры и рисуют картинку к тексту.
There is a big house in the middle of the picture. The house is yellow with red roof. There are two windows in the house and the door. To the left of the house there is a green tree. To the right of the house there are two flowers. One flower is red, the second is blue. Under the tree there is a black dog. On the tree there is a fat cat.
