Дополнительное пособие: Английский клуб, Айзек Азимов, Короткие фантастические рассказы, Москва, ©Айрис Прессª, 2010 Цели урока : Социокультурный аспект : знакомство учащихся с рассказом американского писателя Айзека Азимова; Развивающий аспект: раз витие критического мышления, способности осуществлять репродуктивные и продуктивные речевые действия; Воспитательный аспект: воспитание толерантного отношения к точкам зрения на школу Учебный аспект: развитие умения читать с выделением основной мысли ( ski mming ) , нахождение конкретной информации ( scanning ) и чтение с детальным пониманием Примечания: Приоритетным видом речевой деятельности в обучении английскому языку в среднем звене является чтение как источник расширения словарного запаса и средство формирования мнения и оценки произведения . Оно способствует развитию устной речи, знакомит с культурой и литературой страны изучаемого языка, развивает аналитическое мышление. На чтение и анализ рассказа А йзека Азимова, американского писателя ‬ ф антаста русского происхождения © Как весело им былоª отводится три урока. Данный урок является первым в серии уроков. П редполагается, что рассказ вызовет живой интерес учащихся, так как в нем дается описание школы прошлого и будущего, и внимание героев р ассказа, привыкших к механическ ому учителю , приковано в школе прошлого, г де учителем был человек.
