Introduction
The main aim of our report - to tell the social aspect of the disabled children’s problems in Russia. We want you to look around and see people not really like you, living next to you and try to take them into your own world and help. If, after our project there will be at least one person who wants to change
This work is started with the poem of one amazing girl autistic, has never lived the life of ordinary child, she is a severe handicapped child. The life of these children raises the question, concerning not only themselves, but also us.
In the country according to various estimates, there are may be a million disabled children. The problems of these children, the problems of their families, known to those who work in this field - and only to them. The public, including the church community, almost does not know the problems of these children they are not interested in them. It certainly does not facilitate the solution of related problems.
We conducted a survey of students and teachers, as well as friends and relatives. We asked them a question. Have you ever communicated with disabled? As you can see the results are disappointing. Many people do not want and are eager to communicate with these people. Our society is afraid, and rejects everything that does not conform our norms. Our attitude or lack of relationship to these children is an indicator of our human and moral problems that we live with.
Children with disabilities are not abstract unities; they are real kids with face and character. In severe conditions, they live in their one and only life. Their body, in the case of serious and multiple developmental disorders can cause rejection by healthy people, and their soul are the only things they know, that's all they are given what they know - from the first day until the end of life.
Statistic data
Statistics on disabled children: in 1980 there were registered about 50 thousand. In 1990 - 155 thousand. At 1st January 2005 the number of children with disabilities who are registered in the social security agencies, was 593,000, it was 2% of all children in Russia. In 2015, this figure is appalling 786. May be it is because of changing the evaluation criteria of disability, but the strong growth of the number of children with disabilities is beyond doubt. The child, even mutilated by diseases, remains a man and needs what every man and every person needs. A personal care is the best. And we decided to begin with our own help, our own attitude. We talked a lot with these children and became friends. We asked them a lot of questions and it turned out that for many of these children is very important to communicate with healthy children, they want to learn with us, have a complete family and be like everyone else.

Different Teaching problems
There is a very difficult problem of teaching children with disabilities. By placing them in an adequate environment of development, learning environment, we can dramatically affect their intellectual level. This is especially true for children with autism and Down syndrome, and others. –
But Often they can learn using special individual plans with specially trained teachers who know how to work with these children. However, in our country there is no developed system of education of these children. The law theoretically guarantees their right to education, but realization is sometimes very difficult or not possible. The children with walking difficulties are often unable even to enter the school building not to mention the possibility of moving in it.

Tips for parents
For parents having a child born with a disability is a life-long adjustment. The siblings are also affected. Disabilities result from a number of factors. Families must “learn to tolerate, accept and hopefully celebrate children who are not what they originally had in mind
Here are some tips for parents:
Learn as much as you can about your child's disability.
Find programs to help your child.
Talk to your family about how you're feeling.
Talk to other parents of children with disabilities.
Join a support group.
Stick to a daily routine.
Take good care of yourself.
In conclusion, we would like to say all of you. Do not be excluded. Children with disabilities are a part of our life - a bright part. They and their parents are in need of your support.
